ORDERS
Any order must be supported by appropriate written certification (either fax or e-mail) stating the product name and colour references of ECOPOSTURAL S.L.
ECOPOSTURAL, S.L. won’t authorise either the order cancellation of any item whose sizes are not featured in our catalogue or the subsequent return. ECOPOSTURAL, S.L. accepts no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order goods from us and no others shall apply. No individual condition will prevail over the general terms and conditions, except where clearly authorised in writing by ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY TERMS
You should allow 1 to 3 weeks availability period upon reception of your payment, dependent on the order disposition.
ECOPOSTURAL, S.L. shall not be liable for a delay in delivery of the products due to reasons beyond our control.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment terms on all orders are strictly prior to dispatch. Our sales team will provide you with an estimate and our bank details so as for you to settle payment by means of a swift
bank transfer. A copy of the bank voucher will have to be faxed to us.

RETURNED GOODS
The dead time for accepting a returned material will be 30 days upon the invoice date, provided that the material is in good state.
Please apply in writing should you wish to return any item, stating clearly the product code, the invoice number and the reasons for requesting return. Orders will only be agreed and acceptedfor return if goods and packaging are received in perfect condition.No goods will be accepted for credit unless prior arrangement has been agreed with us. You will then get an entry number belonging to our register.The costs and risks of the returned items will be at the purchaser charge.

ESTIMATES
Quotations will be current for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated. Once this period expires please ask for a new estimate.

PRICES AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of dispatch, according to our applicable price list and catalogue.
Neither prices nor the featured products incur into a contractual obligation and are subject to alteration or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

GUARANTEE
Our products bear a three year guarantee safeguarding every manufacturing flaw.
Any commercial invoice issued by ECOPOSTURAL, S.L. will also apply to guarantee.
We shall not be liable for the damages caused by misuse (i.e. incorrect upholstery cleaning), by undue unpacking (i.e. cutter use), by fortuitous cause or by wear and tear of the
goods (i.e. artificial leather).
Any guarantee question must be submitted to our customer service.

REMARKS: Upon delivery of the goods and before signing in the delivery note please
CHECK the number of parcels and their condition.
Any irregularity must be STATED on the delivery note (i.e. damaged items)
and REPORTED immediately within 24 hours following delivery.

WHETHER THIS CLAIM IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED PROCEDURE THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY FOR EXPENSES.
