RUI COSTA AND ECOPOSTURAL TABLES

The Portuguese cyclist Rui Costa, world champion 2013, from Lampre-Merida team is preparing thoroughly to keep getting good results this season.
To recover from his daily training he trusts his physiotherapist and Ecopostural tables.
A week ago, he got the third place on the final podium of the “Critérium du Dauphiné” (French Alps), which has led him to reach the 4th place in the U.C.I. Ranking. His next target is the “Tour de France 2015”.
