1. Products choice
Browse the different product categories to find exactly what you need.
Select the items you wish to buy considering the different product options such as width/length, headrest type and colour. Then add them to your shopping cart.
* NOTICE: Those orders on custom-built products won’t be subject to cancellation subsequently to the order submission. In this case, ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. won’t neither accept the product return or refund.
To submit order proceed to checkout. You’ll be able to check the summary of your order: item code, precise description (with the selected sizes, headrest type and colour), unit number, unitary item price as well as the total amount of the purchase.
Customer undertakes to supply personal data that are truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date and to communicate any possible modification of the same, being the sole responsibility of the user any direct or non-direct damage or prejudice deriving from the non-compliance of such a condition.
If previously registered in our Website you will have to log in by stating your mail and password.
The buyer will be the sole responsible of any online purchase submitted after a previous login. In this case, the orders will be allocated to the account holder name even if carried out by a third party.
3. Invoicing and delivery data
Customer agrees to handle the correct invoicing and delivery data in a clear and proper way and to communicate any possible modification of the same, being the sole responsible for any delay/setback that could arise from the faulty completion of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or out of date details.
Customer will make a choice between 2 types of services:
- Standard (door to door service). No additional cost is involved.
- Special (delivery to a floor). An additional cost will be charged.
* Those shipments to Balearic Islands will entail a slight surcharge. Ecopostural will confirm you the exact amount in every order before the submission of your confirmation.
At this stage the customer will be required to accept the Website Terms and Conditions. You will necessarily have to click the ‘Accept’ button to continue with the purchase process.
Orders can be paid via:
- Cash on delivery * only available for amounts lower than 1.000€ *
Payment will be made to the forwarder in cash at the precise moment of delivery. Ensure to provide the exact amount
There is no surcharge involved.
- Advanced payment (deposit or bank transfer)
When the order process’s been completed you will get information on both the total amount and the bank details of Ecopostural
Please state our order reference on the “Payment Concept” and send us the bank slip in order to speed up the manufacturing process.
Following the submission of the order customer will get a confirmation e-mail with full details. Ecopostural also compromises to handle the order with promptitude dependent on the agreed payment and shipment terms.
The situation of your orders will be available in our website, more precisely in the sub-menu ‘My orders’ (inside ‘My Account’ menu) or alternatively by contacting Ecopostural.
The validity of any order is 30 days. Once the validity period expires the unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled. In this case you shall contact Ecopostural to get a new validation of the order.
Depending on the required items the manufacture lead time will be 1-4 working days. This delay is approximate thus not incurring into a contractual obligation. At the event of an unusually longer lead time Ecopostural will contact you immediately.
Please ask a previous confirmation of the lead time for those commissioned / great quantities order requirements.
After dispatch the delivery time of the goods will be 2-7 days depending on the destination place.
According to the Spanish Transport Act (L.O.T.) deliveries are meant to be at the doorstep. The driver is NOT obliged to deliver the goods inside the customer premises even if on a ground level (i.e. commercial office)
The carrier will be able to agree delivery with the consignee but will NOT obviously compromise on a delivery/collection on a specific time.
ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. does not accept any responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
Upon delivery of the goods and before signing in the delivery note customer will have to CHECK THE NUMBER OF PARCELS, their state and their content. Any irregularity must be reported on the delivery form handed by the carrier (i.e. damaged packaging)
State a ‘NON-COMPLIANT’ remark on the delivery note due to a lack of verification.
CHECK thoroughly the condition of the goods during the 24 hours following delivery.
REPORT IMMEDIATELY any anomaly to Ecopostural.
WHETHER THE CLAIM IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED PROCEDURE THE PURCHASER WILL PAY FOR EXPENSES.
The vast majority of our products are handcrafted and made-to-order upon the customer preferences. Consequently, we won’t accept any cancellation, return or refund of those Ecopostural products custom-built upon a specific choice for sizes, colour or any other feature.
For the standard products, which is to say, those items which have not been made-to-order on a specific colour, sizes, etc… a return request must be made to ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Goods must be returned as sold i.e. we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used.

Ecopostural will check whether return applies and inform the customer about the specific return conditions.
The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition complete in the original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice anda short covering letter explaining why you return the item(s). Ecopostural cannot be held responsible for any damage caused due to poor packaging. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage in transit to parcels being returned.
Any free gifts, other additional items as well as the User Manuals bundled with the products must also be returned.
Both the shipment costs and the risks of the return will be at the purchaser charge.
Once the item(s) delivered to us, our skilled staff will thoroughly check their condition and, in case of conformity, we will issue the corresponding credit note. In some cases, we could deduct the eventual return and repackage costs of the product having previously informed the customer.
All our equipment is covered by a 3 years guarantee (1 year of commercial guarantee additional to the 2 year legal guarantee).
The invoice of ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. has the legal effect of a guarantee certificate thus it will be necessary to keep it as proof of guarantee.
This guarantee will cover any manufacturing hidden flaw.
The following conditions will invalidate your guarantee: any damage or deterioration caused by an undue unwrapping with a cutter (e.g. upholstery rips and tears), by misuse (e.g. beaten products, inappropriate leather cleaning), by willful misconduct, by accident or by ordinary wear and tear (leather).
ECOPOSTURAL, S.L.U. will not be held responsible for misuse as our User Manual and Instructions must be fully observed.
In case of an item containing non-original parts or having suffered a modification will fall under the guarantee conditions given by us to such an extent that both the User Manual and the EC Certificate will lose validity.
